When entering a sex scene with an enemy, whether it be because they grabbed the player or charmed him into submission, another enemy is able to join in and Double-Team on Joe, unlocking an additional animation, not all enemy combinations are supported however, for information on which combinations are allowed, see Multigrabs.

• Out of all the characters presented in this page and as of Act 1, the player is able to have sex with every single one of them. Only excluding those mentioned in Affiliation unknown, since they don't physically appear in a location, and also Lin.
  • Kaylee may be the only female character in this list, but only because she is the only one the player can interact with, other female characters can be seen in the background of various locations but the player cannot interact with them.
• About the majority of the characters in the game possess humanoid genitalia, with only a small percentage sporting an animal/exotic-type one.
• On top of Multigrabs, enemies can also enter a Voyeur state, introduced in version 1.07.000, when an enemy isn't a valid participant for a multigrab or can't reach the player while they're engaging in sex, they will start a voyeur animation that consists of them getting horny and masturbating while watching the scene unfold.
