The Lood City Park is a major location where the player ends their adventure, they are initially greeted by Lin who warns them of a cop looking for Joe. After dismissing his warning, the player can encounter the boss of Act 1 Bates and engage with him in a fight, this fight takes place in front of the park's fountain and the player's screen is locked to this location, meaning they cannot exit the location until one of them is defeated.

Unlike other locations, the Game Over scene for this one is a full CG cutscene that's a conversation with Bates that eventually leads to sex. If the player is successful however, the player unlocks a different victory scene that features a transformation of Joe and of course, a sex scene. Being victorious in the fight unlocks both victory and loss scenes in the Gallery

This place marks the end of Act 1, defeating Bates makes the credits roll but the player can continue playing in their current save file and get what they missed, reencounter NPCs and enemies, and also interact with a Construction sign at the beginning of the location. Doing the latter brings up a conversation with Francis that lets the player rewatch the scenes or even have a rematch with Bates.
