Lood City West Avenue
The Lood City West Avenue is a major location that the player has to get through in the game, it features a lot of hard enemies but also plenty of NPCs scattered around ready to have some fun.
The location is a busy city that has some construction work going on, meaning there's plenty of scaffolding and construction beams to platform through. There are some stores that the player can optionally choose to go into and meet even more friendly NPCs going about their days.

Note: The door to Lood City Park is initially blocked until the player can fulfill Hamil's request.
Hamil's request
At the very end of the location, the player will be stopped by Hamil, who expresses surprise at Joe's “performance” out there. He then asks that he retrieves the Red Key Card from the Hiroto Dojo. It is possible for the player to get this item before being requested for it, letting them advance into the Lood City Park without issue, otherwise, Hamil will stay there blocking the door to it until the item is retrieved.
After completing the request, not only does the path get opened, but the player will also be able to have sex with Hamil as well.
