Platinum Orb
Revive When KO'ed - Gives you the option to revive when you're knocked out (with full HP, full SP and 0% LP). Consumed upon use.
The Platinum Orb is a mysterious passive item that allows the player to continue fighting after having lost of all their HP, fully replenishing their stats so they can carry on. Its origin is still unknown.
Function
The platinum orb is an passive item that will normally just sit in the player's inventory without them being able to activate their effect by themselves. However, when the player loses all of their HP in combat or from a trap, they'll be given the choice to surrender and move on to the game over screen, or use the Platinum orb to fully replenish their HP and SP, while restoring their LP to 0% and allowing them to continue the fight.
After the player chooses to consume the Platinum orb, it disappears from the player's inventories with no way of getting it back.
Location
Starting with version 1.14.003, all save files start with this item already in their inventories. The item did not exist prior to this version.
If consumed after being defeated in combat, the item cannot be obtained again.
