Loot gems are a random drop from crates and an uncommon reward for defeating enemies with sex. If these are found, they'll fly out from their source in a fan shape, then home in on the player after a second, granting their rewards when they reach the player.

There are three kinds of Loot gems:

• Green loot gem: Shaped like an orb, recovers the player's HP by 5
• Blue loot gem: Shaped like an octahedron, recovers the player's SP by 2.
• Pink loot gem: Shaped like a heart, lowers the player's lust by 5%

A random amount of each gem, with the sum being 7 in total, may fly out as a reward, their effects stack on the player upon their collection.
