Cian is an interactable NPC in Oh So Hero!

He is shown to be playful and asks Joe is he would like to play a card game with him. Since Joe presumably does not know how to play the game, he offers to play a different, more intimate game with him.

Like the other Pucas, Cian's body has the appearance and consistency of buttermilk. Unlike the other Puca who by default look like a sentient blob, Cian is able to maintain a more humanoid form consistently for prolonged periods of time. He has a larger marking on his forehead and wing like appendages floating behind him. He has a pair of black straps around his ankles.

As to be expected, Cian is capable of levitating a few feet above the ground at all times.

Cian can be found in the Hiroto Dojo Secret Basement alongside a couple other NPCs. He is the third one found when traversing the location.

• When talking about the game, Cian refers to it as a duel. This either a reference to Duel Monsters, the card game played in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime/manga series or Duel Masters a similar anime/manga series centering around a magical card game.
• Cian is an example of a character who's species was first seen in hostile enemies, now in the form of a friendly NPC, in his case, being a friendly version of a Puca. Other examples include Koji and Ajax
