Red Key Card

Return it to Hamill - Return this key card to Hamill in Lood City.

The Red Key Card is an item that goes into the player's inventory and helps fulfill a quest later in the game. It'll allow the player to keep progressing through the story after turning the item in and fulfilling the quest. It can't otherwise be used by the player themselves.

Despite being colored, this item is the only one of its kind as of Act 1. Given it is taken away from the player after a quest, this item is technically not needed for any achievements that call for the player to have all items.

The only purpose of the Red Key Card is to be returned to Hamill in Lood City West Ave after he requests that you recover his lost item. After this, Hamill will allow the player to continue their journey, opening up the entrance to the Lood City Park.

The item can be found in front of the entrance to the Dojo Secret Basement in the Hiroto Dojo. The player will need the Hiroto Dojo Key to access the building it is contained in. This item being connected to a quest isn't relevant to its collection, as the player can find it and pocket it for later before accepting the quest.
