+After defeating [[Bates]] in [[Lood City Park]], [[Bates]] refuses to take his loss and tries to continue the fight, exerting himself past his limits and releasing chi in a higher amount than he can handle, putting himself at risk. Seeing this, Joe exclaims that he knows what he must do and jumps into the air, transforming into a slimmer, more muscular version of himself.
+This version of Joe retains his sky blue skin color with white accents, the black marks going along his arms and neck get more details as well. His eyes gain an amber and blue striped iris with his irises becoming red. In this form however, he loses the details of his body that resemble other animals like his fox-like tail and bovid-like muzzle. Due to this, his appearance is now way closer to that of an actual dragon, even gaining horns and a cape made out of some ink-like energy, the latter replacing his tiny wings. Right after transforming, Joe automatically lost his hero outfit, then recovered it once his transformation ended, meaning he wasn't wearing anything during the transformation.

+During the transformation, Joe seems a lot calmer and more relaxed, immediately rushing towards [[Bates]] to help with his emotional problems and help him release his chi safely, giving away this form's greater control of it. In the same cutscene, Joe says that he doesn't know "what's up with the new look" and becomes unable to continue lifting [[Bates]] after the transformation suddenly ends.
