Foxel is an interactable NPC in Oh So Hero!

Foxel is a worker at the Hiroto Dojo, he says that he's waiting to deliver a very important shipment, but that the whole area is on lockdown due to the elevator getting repairs. He suggests Joe can help him pass the time, though, which lets him have sex with him.

Foxel is a Red Panda Logistician who wears a lime green and black tracksuit with a white flame like design on one of the legs. He keeps the sleeves rolled up exposing his black arms. His face predominantly orange fur with a white muzzle, black stripes, a black nose, and orange eyes. He tends to have a blank expression even when having sex.

When his track suit is removed his pectorals are soft and flabby, almost like breasts.

Foxel can be found in the Hiroto Dojo Secret Basement alongside a couple other NPCs. He is the first one found when traversing the location.
