====== Tortavi ======

**Tortavi** are a fictional species similar to that of a shell-less turtle hybrid. It is a species designed by [[ket ralus]].

There are many examples of characters belonging to this species. In //Oh So Hero!//, the most prominent of these is [[Ket]] himself, as well as characters and enemies that'll be featured in future acts of the game.

====== Etymology ======

The name "tortavi" comes from "tortoise" (turtle) and "avian" (bird).

====== Appearance ======

A tortavi is a green humanoid shaped turtle without a shell, with some simplified features. Despite being mistaken for frogs or lizards, Tortavis have small differences in their designs, like beaked mouths and tiny tails.

While the comparison could be drawn to reptiles and amphibians, Tortavis are actually mammals.
