**O'Tary** is a security seal guard located in Hiroto Dojo's secret basement. He is encountered immediately in front of Hydraulic Door at the end of the hall and will prevent Joe from passing by. He will also give Joe fair warning that he is effectively trespassing on private property. He then realizes that the two of them are alone in a part of the Dojo free from prying eyes and will be open to sex on the condition that Joe does not try to sneak past him.

O'Tary is an anthropomorphic seal with jelly bean blue skin, long whiskers, black eyes, and a doughy build. He wears a charcoal parka with a crimson scarf and a white shirt underneath it.

  * O'Tary's name is based on the word Otary, which refers to the family of marine animals that encompasses eared seals and sea lions.
