Battle Gong
**Use to Reset Enemies** - //Bang the gong to reset this environment's enemies, gauntlets, and bosses (as applicable). You will respawn at your last checkpoint with your game saved. Can be used indefinitely.//

The Battle Gong is a portable gong, active item accesible from the player's inventory screen. It's a small steel disc held up by a wooden frame with a wooden, tipped stick to bang it with.

Function
Being an active item, the player can open up their inventories and choose to use it at any point during gameplay, doing this will send the player into a loading screen, a loud gong sound effect will play and they will respawn at their last checkpoint, or the last entrance they walked over. Now the location will have every enemy respawned, and notably, every Gauntlet will reactivate when the player enters its location as if it were the first time the player triggered the trap.

Activating the Battle gong is another way to reactivate the boss fight with Bates on top of the existing method to interact with the construction sign and asking Francis to do so.

Location
Starting with version 1.14.003, all save files start with this item already in their inventories. The item did not exist prior to this version.
