The player never meets him directly but can be seen across multiple places along his adventure, with [K.Ren]] directly naming him and having a short conversation about him where Joe expresses that he thinks he's overrated.

His appearance is similar to that of a golden salamander with smooth black sleeves and stockings, while his one other notable trait is sporting a disproportionally-huge penis.
