Planet Aeter is full of secrets! A playthrough from beginning to end might not be enough to see all the sights that the game has to offer, in case you've missed some and are curious about them, this page will uncover some of the best hidden secrets you can find in //Oh So Hero!//
This page spoils how to find the secrets of the game in great detail. It is recommended that you attempt to find these secrets yourself first before consulting this page.

===== The Gallery =====
++++ Missing Characters |
First, make sure you know who's included and what's the order the [[gallery#category order|categories]]. This will first help you track down the type of animation you're after: Enemy, NPC, location, etc.
The [[Characters]] page isn't ordered the same way the [[Gallery]] is, but this page does have the order in which you'll come across them. This way, you can see if you missed a character's specific location, for example, if you encountered [[Brask]], continued exploring, then found [[Dan]], you'll know that the character you're missing is between these two characters' locations. The same is true for enemies, found in the same page, and [[Locations]]
Keep in mind that from the [[characters]] page, those found in the [[characters#Affiliation Unknown]] section and [[Lin]] do not have animations you can log in the [[Gallery]]

++++ Cheat Code |
The player can choose to temporarily unlock everything in the gallery for quick viewing, this was introduced in [[changelog_v0.20#Oh So Hero! v0.20.400|version 0.20.400]]. To input it, the player will need to hold down **Cheat control 1 and 2**, then press **Cheat control 3** three times.
With default bindings, the **Cheat controls** inputs are as follows:

For mobile devices with touch input or by using the mouse, the cheat code can also be activated by clicking/tapping **the white gradient near the bottom center of the screen** three times within two seconds.
The player will know the cheat code worked because a sound effect will play, every animation will be unlocked and the game will call out the player above the Gallery completion percentage, which should be 100%. The gallery will have all the animations unlocked until the player backs out to the main menu.
For a permanent solution, you can unlock the gallery by importing [[save_files#Gallery|a custom Gallery file (GalleryData.es3)]] that modifies the gallery's saved data.

===== Hidden Animations =====
++++ Brask's Voyeur |
**In the gallery I'm missing a character between Brask and Jack. Who is it and where are they?**
The answer can be found in [[Brask's Palace]].
Continue to the right side of the map, past [[Brask]], continue walking right into the pool even after a wall covers your screen, you'll need to punch and jump blindly to clear a path to [[leon|??? (Leon)]].

**In the gallery I'm missing a couple characters after Octo. Who are they and where can I find them?**
The first can be found in the [[Forbidden Bayou]]. Continue to the far right side of this map, past the exit to [[Smol beach]] to find [[Liath]].
The second can be found in [[Ali's Surf Shack]]. You'll find this location near the beginning of the [[Sheo Islands Beach]], right before [[Ket]]'s first appearance, interact with the entrance and head to the right-most end of the location to find [[Kaylee]].

**The [[Sheo Islands Beach]] location has an NSP animation on top of the Game Over one. How can I get it?**
After reaching [[Smol Beach]] and returning to the [[Sheo Islands Beach]], you'll find [[Ket]] on the third lifeguard chair (from west to east), talking to him will catch him up with your progress and he'll give you a hint on how to unlock an extra spicy scene with him.

Head back to the beginning of the location, where you started the game all the way to the west in front of [[Ali's Surf shack]], you'll find a beach ball there that you'll need to kick all the way to [[Ket]]'s location in the third lifeguard chair. Good luck! Your slide ability will help you with this!

++++ Brask's Palace's animation |
**I'm missing an animation group between [[Brask's Jungle]] and [[Forbidden Bayou]], What location is it? I can't lose all my HP in [[Brask's Palace]]!**
The animation for [[Brask's Palace]] is not a Game Over scene like the rest of the [[Locations|Location]] entries, it's a special reward granted to players after 100% Act 1. You'll need to have collected every [[items|item]] and defeated [[Bates]] to be able to see this animation. Good Luck!
