**Kaylee** is a character who currently resides in //Ali's Surf Shop//. She is a female feline detective and Joe's close childhood friend. She is planned to give hints and clues to help Joe on his journey and move the game's plot along. <del>She is most likely a placeholder; she has no dialogue or actions with Joe beyond giving him the option to have sex with her when approached.</del>

As of version 0.22.001 she now has dialogue. She talks about how she is very happy to see Joe after so long, but also to pretend that he didn't see her. This implies that she is trying to do some kind of top secret investigation and doesn't want Joe to get to involved, either so he will not get hurt or get in her way.

She is depicted as a yellow domestic cat with a white belly and a long tail. She wears a black crop top, exposing her midriff, and a brown jacket with a police badge on her breast. She wears dark teal, unbuttoned pants, showing black panties.

  * Kaylee is the first, and currently only, female character in the game.
  * She is also the first female [[Joe]] can have sex with, though whether impregnation would be possible with her has yet to be seen.
  * The fact that Joe is willing to have sex with her confirms that Joe is at least bisexual or pansexual and not exclusively gay.
