**Foxel** is an interactable NPC in //Oh So Hero!//

Foxel is a worker at the Hiroto Dojo, he says that he's waiting to deliver a very important shipment, but that the whole area is on lockdown due to the elevator getting repairs. He suggests [[Joe]] can help him pass the time, though, which lets him have sex with him.

===== Appearance =====

Foxel is a Red Panda Logistician who wears a lime green and black tracksuit with a white flame like design on one of the legs. He keeps the sleeves rolled up exposing his black arms. His face predominantly orange fur with a white muzzle, black stripes, a black nose, and orange eyes. He tends to have a blank expression even when having sex.

When his track suit is removed his pectorals are soft and flabby, almost like breasts.

Foxel can be found in the [[locations#Hiroto Dojo Secret Basement]] alongside a couple other NPCs. He is the first one found when traversing the location.
