**Foxel** is a Red Panda Logistician working in Hiroto Dojo's Secret Basement. He is encountered as soon as [[Joe]] descends the stairs on a deactivated elevator lift.

Foxel wears a lime green and black tracksuit with a white flame like design on one of the legs. He keeps the sleeves rolled up exposing his black arms. His face predominantly orange fur with a white muzzle, black stripes, a black nose, and orange eyes. He tends to have a blank expression even when having sex.

When his track suit is removed his pectorals are soft and flabby, almost like breasts.

Foxel explains that the Hiroto Dojo recently received a very important shipment, so much so that the entire compound is on lockdown, which is likely why the [[Bax]], [[Puca]], and Ninjas are actively trying to prevent anyone from entering the Dojo's vault
