**Biro** is an alien bureaucrat/diplomat visiting the world of Aeter for the //Gerrabacco Tournament//. He identifies himself as such when conversed with by [[Joe]]. Biro displays a fondness for the planet and a sexual attraction towards many of the planet's denizens, especially the ones around him on Smol Beach's boardwalk including Joe. He resolves to visit the planet more often, presumably after the Tournament is finished.

Biro is a short and chubby bipedal avian with Anzac feathers and Burnt Sienna beak and 3 toed talons. He protects his modesty with a pair of steel gray swim trunks with mustard yellow stripes. He has dark half-lidded eyelids. A white towel is slung over his shoulder.

  * Biro is the first alien to be introduced in the game who is not a [[Daku]] or [[Amaru]].
  * Biro's design somewhat resembles that of an anthropomorphic [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chocobo|Chocobo]] from the //Final Fantasy// video game series.
  * Biro like [[Ket]], [[Brask]], and [[Veene]] is based on an original character by one of the artists of //Oh So Hero!// that previously existed outside of the game. That artist being Arty Stu.
